Excellent hotel in a great location. We loved this place. Sonya was super helpful , our room was good and the view was amazing . The breakfast was one of the best things, it was excellent and different dishes each day from the superb chef. Small walk into old town, no problem to walk back, you don't need a taxi. Would recommend to anyone.

Smyrna Pansiyon feels like a home away from home! A big thanks to Sonya for making us feel so welcome and taking care of every little detail. She provided plenty of information and suggestions for exploring the area, which made our stay even better. The only downside is that the rooms are quite close to each other, so you can hear some noise. But overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed our time there!

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is a family run business where they put their customers priorities first. Gokhan Bey was very personable and made sure our needs were taken care of. He and his staff were extremely polite. His recommendations on nearby activities were great. Breakfast was served starting at 8:30am. The spread was really good. The location of the hotel was on a hilltop. We walked down at night into the city center. It was a very easy 10 minute walk.I would recommend catching a cab back to the hotel. The cab stand is next to all the night soots in the city center. At the time of our stay, a cab ride back was 70 Lira (exchange rate 25-1 lira to USD).I recommend staying here. Affordable, friendly with an excellent location in proximity to the city center and harbor. 🙌Points of Interest - Kaputas Beach (30 min drive)- Patara Bech (50 min drive)- Salkikent Kanyon (60 min drive)- kas Harbor (10 min walk)Room was adequate. All personnel were so helpful and quite cheerful 
Location of Smyrna Pansiyon is just perfect. Restaurants and pubs is just walking distance. 
I was amazed with delightful details in the Smyrna as it’s obvious that owner has been collecting all accessories for a while in a way she/he is definitely artist.  
Breakfast has tasty options including vegetarians.
Freshly baked cake and freshly cooked local dishes were just diet breaker:)

Beautiful room and the view. The staff and the service are very nice. Breakfast very good. The only problem might be climbing the hill which is normal in this town.

It was a wonderful experience to be there! I felt very good taken care of. The service were excellent. The room was of high standard and very charming with a great view of the sea. I enjoyed that I could walk just a few minutes to the center of Kas. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay! Wonderful location. The breakfast was amazing. The hosts make you feel right at home.

This is my second year staying in this pension and I am glad I did. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. There are precautions for covid 19. But the best part is the breakfast. Don't get me wrong there isn't much choice as open buffet but the food is very tasty. So if you stay in Kas and don't mind the small hills to climb, this is the place to stay. If I go to Kas next year this is definetly where I am going to stay.

Çirkin rocks at breakfast. Great balcony views and comfy bed. Great and friendly staff.

I definitely recommend the Smyrna Pansiyon

My second year 

Goksin and Gokhan are great hosts. They are extremely welcoming, kind and friendly. The breakfast is very complete, everyday there is a different kind of hand made delight added to the buffet, everything is fresh and natural. The hostel has been renovated earlier so the rooms are nice and clean. I strongly suggest this place !
