This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires a 30% prepayment (with a minimum prepayment amount of THB 5000) via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within the deadline stated in the email. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit. Please be informed that check-in and check-out times may be flexible, subject to room availability. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
