Bij aankomst moeten Russische staatsburgers een van de volgende oorspronkelijke documenten (geen kopie) tonen: een geldig binnenlands Russisch of internationaal paspoort. The apartments offer independent contactless check-in according to instructions. Guests must first contact the apartment representative at the phone number specified in the booking confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram messengers by message from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Moscow time), calls are not accepted.
The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests specified during booking. If a child needs a separate bed, bed linen, towels, the child is indicated as a separate guest.
The deposit is made to a bank card within 30 minutes after arrival. It is also returned to the bank card in full on the day of departure after the cleaning is completed under the following conditions: compliance with the rules of residence, complete safety of property, no compensation cases, no need for dry cleaning of furniture, removal of odors and replacement of textiles.
The following is withheld from the deposit: the cost of bed linen and towels with permanent stains; the cost of dry cleaning, odor removal, and any repairs due to the fault of the guest; RUB 500.00 for leaving dirty dishes, food, groceries; RUB 500.00 for a dirty oven; RUB 300.00 for left garbage; RUB 1000.00 for a delay in cleaning by 15-30 minutes.
The return of the deposit and/or its balance is carried out after the specified work has been carried out and the amount of damage subject to compensation has been finalized.
For any violation of the rules of residence specified in the description, including smoking, unapproved late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delay in cleaning for more than half an hour, a fine equal to the deposit will be withheld. |
