After booking, the apartment manager will contact guests to confirm the reservation and send check-in instructions via messenger.

For guests' convenience, the apartment features contactless check-in and check-out.

A photo of your passport and the signing of an electronic contract are mandatory upon check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and are discussed individually.

After check-in, the remaining balance and a refundable deposit are payable within an hour. The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out after cleaning, provided the rules are followed and there is no damage to bed linens and towels.

The following are prohibited in the apartment: pets, parties, disturbing neighbors, especially between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM, unaccompanied minors under 18, more people and children than stated in the reservation, using the apartment for other purposes, smoking and vaping, and leaving litter. The fine for smoking and vaping is RUB 2000.00.

If the rules are violated, the administrator reserves the right to terminate the rental and evict the guest, regardless of the time of day. The rent and deposit are non-refundable.
