As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Incurring in any of the following behaviours will carry a penalty of 50 USD: →Hanging clothes on the property's terrace. →Loud noise or music after 22:00 hrs. →Parties or events. →Usage of glass objects near the pool. Reservations over 28 days will receive a courtesy cleaning once a week. Any additional cleaning services will have a fee. Reservations over 28 days must pay an additional energy fee.
