A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Please inform Iris Houses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 6 per bed linen set and EUR 6 per towel set, per person/per stay.
