Alle Colombiaanse burgers, ongeacht de duur van hun verblijf, en alle buitenlanders die ten minste 60 opeenvolgende dagen in het land verblijven, moeten een nationale omzetbelasting (19%) betalen op hun accommodatie tijdens hun verblijf. Buitenlanders met een toeristenvisum zijn vrijgesteld van deze belasting. • If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for to-go breakfast: approximately COP 13500 to 18900 per person
