You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 16 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian over the age of 18. Children aged 17 will need a letter from a parent or official guardian to stay in the dormitory rooms. Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay a credit or debit card. Please note that guest credit card imprint is required upon check in to guarantee any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. The maximum occupancy is 1 person per each capsule. Based on Australia's fire safety regulations, all of the capsules need to be remained unlocked; however each of every capsule comes with its own locker to store luggage and belongings.
