Not quite what we expected but it wasn’t too bad. The requests we made and were assured were granted were not honoured. However the location is safe and secure, the hotel very neat and housekeeping impressive. Staff will need more training in customer services. The pool was in a dangerous state but yet left accessible. The fridge in the rooms were actually wine chillers that didn’t quite work and although the manager personally assured to change the one in our room he sadly didn’t keep his word. It was a business trip and we were hardly there  so a lot of the lapses didn’t personally matter to us but would be a big deal to guests really planning to stay in. We would probably visit again but would expect much better.

Not Bad

Mostly enjoyed my 3 day stay in this quiet hotel, easy to find, safe and had good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful although I was disappointed by the Managers lack of approachability and personal touch with guests. I booked from the U.K. on bookings.com and there was an attempt on arrival to make me pay the normal higher hotel tariff which I bluntly refused. 

Otherwise I enjoyed the stay, staff and facilities. It served my needs which was to have an easily accessible, not overcrowded  location in Ikoyi with adequate facilities and quiet. The pool could do with a clean. 

Clean, quiet and friendly staff but needs personal touch

It is my second visit to this hotel and must say I am enjoying my stay here. It is quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly. The biggest challenge I have experienced is lack of variety in the menu. They do not have buffet meals and if you are staying for long like I have done, it becomes very boring. Being a foreigner here my best meal so far has been grilled chicken breast with vegetable rice and plantain. The hotel has a nice small gym and a swimming pool. My experience here has been great and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nigeria. Wi-Fi is available but week especially the upper floors.

Very Clean

Nice infrastructure but poor management, poor hygeine and poor supervision of staff. There was hair from a previous guest all over the bathroom floor. No internet. It took a very long time to switch on the generator at a time in the night. The waiter that brought coffee to my room in the morning had a very bad body odour and wore bathroom slippers. I had to open the window to air the room after he left. The corridors smelt stale and my room had a stale smell of cigarettes. The bathroom shower drainage was blocked. Overall a very uncomfortable stay.
