Great stay to visit the Algarve

Although the hot water announced did not work perfectly we enjoyed this hotel. room without balcony to be quiet. air conditioning in some rooms. well located 8 minutes walk from the cathedral. however, the optional pdj is taken outside the hotel 8 minutes walk too. you can park your car at the fire station 100m

Very pleased with this hotel.

It's comfortable and the staff are very friendly, it has the basics. The room has a cable TV and A/C. The bathroom has a shower. And the bedding and laundry are very clean. The breakfast is not the best but it leaves it satisfied. The price will be according to your needs.

What is necessary for a tourist

To begin with, they never confirmed the reservation, it seems that the customer tracking is not clear, we arrive and head to the place marked in Google maps and to our surprise it is not even close, we spend 45 minutes looking for such a hotel, arriving we know that, contrary to what they say on its site, it has no internal parking, but that we have to leave it at the fire station which is a medium-sized area and that there is a way to tell you that you are not staying, which is a lie, you always stay.

It was horrible!!!!

Me and a friends stayed here for three nights in March. The hotel was very well located, close to most of Granada's action. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and Ivo and his wife, the owners, are very nice people willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are clean, breakfast is included. We had a great time in this amazingly beautiful colonial city.

Great little hotel in beautiful Granada

Very quiet hotel 10 minutes walk from the colonial centre of Granada. very spacious rooms and with balcony on the street. Includes a typical breakfast. The staff is very friendly and with vigilant 24 hours a day.

I stayed here 2/13-14/2015 with my friend. This place is on a quiet street and within walking distance to the center of Granada. We had free wifi, a working AC, towels, clean beds, and breakfast (a bowl of papaya and pineapple, a fried egg with toast and coffee.) The staff were very nice and helpful. No complaints considering their price. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cute little hotel on a quiet street

The family that runs this hotel is incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were large and clean, with very comfortable beds for a budget hotel. Very close to all the sights in Granada (and the grocery stores!), but tucked away on a quiet street. Great breakfast that kept us going for the whole day! Definitely recommend.

Comfortable and Close to the Action!

Prices have risen significantly in Granada in the past few years. It is hard to find good value. I  stayed a week here, and consider it reasonable value for the money,but, but barely.
The rooms I saw and stayed in were large, but Spartan. Hot water was hot, but there were issues with TV control, lights not working, albeit fixed upon request. Breakfast is fine, coffee ample. The website said "Private parking".  To me it means parking on the property. Here parking is at the Fire Hall. Not far, but I cannot call it Private Parking Safe, but not private. Although the Webpage said Credit cards are accepted, I was asked to pay cash. When I wanted to pay the last two days with a card I was told it has to be cash.  This hotel is acceptable, but not great.

Decent value,but just...

If you're looking for a place to spend the night and want to spend a little, this place may be of interest to you, but don't expect too much. The place is somewhat deteriorated but it has the basics. In fact, we stayed out of the room twice because the key didn't open and we had to wait for it to be opened with a piece of plastic. The breakfast is small and simple. The rooms are on the second floor and it's uncomfortable to pick up the bags. I stress that the bed linen and the room were clean and some rooms have a balcony that gives way to the street, which is nice to see something of the city that when we were colonial makes it a great experience. The park is not very convenient to park in the old fire station. But keep in mind that if you get to the block or move the car, you have to pay a fee.
