The best place in Granada, Nicaragua the customer service was excellent as well hospitality and location. Family Love it is the best.Rooms were nice and clean. Air conditioned. Breakfast was nice, and included. Katya you haves a wonderful Hotel.

Excellent

We had a great stay! The rooms are simple, but fine -and clean. Breakfast was included (fresh fruit and giant croissant). Owner was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended!
A nice touch: they collect school supplies for a local, small (and very poor) school at the bottom of the Mombacho volcano. There are several "librerias" (school supply stores) close-by where you can buy supplies cheaply and drop them off at the reception - boosting the local economy and helping out a school. Easy-peasy! And the owner was SO happy with the donations. She personally delivers all donations to the school 2x a year.

Great location, great value, great people

My wife and I spent three nights here in February, 2018. The accommodations were pretty standard but comfortable. The highlights for us were the location and the service. The hotel is just a few blocks from Granada's central plaza, and just a block from Iglesia La Merced, which offers a great view of the City. It is on a side street and seemed a bit quieter than some other locations. 
The proprietor was a very friendly and helpful woman. She assisted with arranging transportation and patiently answered our many questions. It was clear to us that she wanted her guests to have an enjoyable stay. Also, she collects school supplies for a local school, so if you stay here, ask how you can contribute. 
Breakfast was simple but filling. The building is pretty secure, but the neighborhood seemed safe anyway.  
Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again when in Granada.

Excellent value and well-located

Rooms were nice and clean. Air conditioned. Breakfast was nice, and included. Loved the architectural details of the building! But the owner, Katya, would be one of the biggest reasons I would return there. She arranged tours for us, called taxi’s for us, helped us find restaurants, and held our luggage securely after our check out time, until we were ready to leave Granada. She bent over backwards to make our stay memorable, and we appreciated it immensely. She also helps gather school supplies for impoverished children in the community! Make sure you bring or purchase some paper, pencils, etc for her to help these poor children (we bought some from the local street vendors about 2 blocks away).

Little gem of a hotel in Granada

We loved this Hotel! Comfortable, and clean. The staff and proprietor were friendly, informative and kind.  The hotel walls were adorned with lovely paintings from talented local artists- reflective of the vibrant local art scene. The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent location - easy walk to Centro. Very affordable.
