Hotel Casa Antigua

We wanted to stay at one place for 4 nights but couldn't book all our nights in only one place because we were visiting Granada during the Holidays and we were booking our hotels two weeks before the trip, most hotels were completely booked and so, we ended up staying at this hotel, a crazy man's house (airbnb) and at Dario Hotel. The three were absolutely stunning, the houses but… Airbnb, the house was beautiful but the man that owns it was weird and crazy, which kind of ruined the experience. Dario Hotel is beautiful, costs a little over twice as much as this hotel, there are plenty of people there so the pool has kids most of the time, the restaurant is VERY expensive but it's a very nice place! And this hotel, which we loved. It was smaller (more intimate), the house was a beautiful and authentic colonial home, we felt safe, it was very affordable compared to all the other places of the same style, the front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming, it's quiet and peaceful, you can hear all sorts of birds and it's located on a quiet street. If we go back to Granada, we will stay at Hotel Casa Antigua for sure.
