A lot of construction work going on around hotel.Not sure about some charges but I will check back with Expedia about those.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful people.

They doubled the rate when you check in if you want an AC unit.    Online pricing No AC units only.

I love this hotel because the service is very good. Especially the lady who normally runs the restaurant and the lady who runs the front desk, The gym is okay. The pool is mediocre, but the service is good and for the price, it's really good

This is a really interesting and unique property, designed from te factory it had previously been and using many of the features within the design. It didn't have air conditioning but it did have a ceiling fan as well as floor standing fan. The room was really big, nice athroom and plenty of hanging space. The dinner and breakfast that are included in the price were quite small but very well presented. T service was very friendly. Thank pool area is a really nice size and good for relaxing. I've stayed in Managua many times since 2005 and over recent years have stayed at the Wayak hotel which I believe owns this one. Whilst the Wayak is a little more up market, this is a superbly unique place. The Wayak is in a fairly safe area whereas de la Torre I in one of the more run down areas of Managua. But it is well guarded and has a secure car park.It I also only 10 - 15mins from the airport which is ideal for starting and finishing the vacation. My son and his wife stay here regularly and on this occasion they said the  service was a much better experience with friendlier and more accommodating employees.... It really was service with a smile. Tanks for the experience, I will be staying in my next visit.

The space was amazing, food amazing.  Surrounding area iffy for Americans.  The staff was so wonderful.  However charging for air conditioning is something most travelers would not expect from such a beautiful space.  Definitely recommend it.  However was not stated clearly that air conditioning would be more.

I love their service. They are very friendly and professional.

The building was a prominent interesting site to see.We took a room with no air conditioning however, we did have a fan. Unfortunately, there was not natural air vents because the only windows we had was facing the hallway. therefore, the room was stuffy and humid. We also did not have natural light or vents.  Overall, our stay was average.

Great hotel in an area of town that was not so great. The breakfast and dinner were very appreciated, the new and modern set up of a warehouse was nice. Airconditioning would have made our stay much better as there was no airflow and despite the overhead and wall plug in fan we felt uncomfortable due to the humid heat. Also despite the fairly short distance to the airport, it was slow and pretty chaotic on the road the evening prior for those that are driving and less familiar with Managua.

The hotel is difficult to get there and service of management directing staff has gotten worst. I've been to this hotel several times but Ill look for another hotel next time.

Very dangerous area and the hotel itself was disgusting, terrible conditions. I honestly don’t know how this property is listed on expedia
