40 reviewsI had to think twice before putting a review on Trip Advisor as this place is so special that you kind of want to keep it secret... or only tell your closest friends about it! It would be a cliche to only say that the view on the Cavalli Islands is amazing, the beds comfortable and the food excellent. Close your eyes, listen to the birds and cicadas, fill your lungs with the mix flowers and bush scents, enjoy a homemade breakfast cooked with love by Carole (eggs from the chucks, fruits from the garden, honey from the beehives, homemade bread and jams, fresh flowers on the table...), explore the treasures of the Bay of Islands and the Far North during the day, visit the beehives with Frank or take a cooking lesson with Carole (she is on youtube now!!!) and spoil yourself with a massage at the Spa or a dip in the jacuzzi to end this perfect day. A stay at Cocozen is a journey for the senses! Carole, Frank and Tea have created a little haven, where the pace of life is slower, focus is on of quality of life, and living in harmony with the world around you is most important.
