Wonderful bed and breakfast in Roturua!!  Catherine was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are large and well appointed and the breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to town, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping/ sights. Quiet and great for sleeping. Parking right out front if you have a car. Highly recommend.

A beautiful guesthouse in a quiet residential area. Only 4 en suite guest rooms each with a separate luggage room. It really is a home from home, our hostess Catherine cooks amazing breakfast to order and has a wealth of local knowledge to help you decide how to spend your time. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time here and Catherine was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and we had use of a TV room with Netflix.  Breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking on site was easy.  A short drive to downtown and near Maori village and thermal park, although far enough way to avoid the sulphur smell. Couldn't recommend this more. 

We booked two nights in this accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located a little way out of the centre of Rotorua so we drove into town. This is a lovely property with four guest rooms, a guest lounge and outside sitting areas.  Breakfast was excellent and served in the communal dining room. It comprised of a continental or an ordered cooked option.
Our host, Cathrine, was lovely and nothing was too much trouble whether it was preparing and cooking breakfast, to advising on trips and tours, or recommending places to eat.
Tea and coffee were available, at all times, in the kitchen and you can help yourself to biscuits and mini chocolate bars. In the guest lounge, you were welcome to help yourself to a glass or two of sherry.
The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. A lovely B&B and therefore have no hesitation in recommending for an enjoyable stay in Rotorua.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at the Springs and Catherine is an excellent host.  She greeted us warmly and helped us to our beautifully appointed room. There was also  a lovely lounge and  a kitchen where we could make drinks .  
Each room had leaflets about local activities and places to visit, including a beautifully hand drawn map Catherine had done, of the local area, which gave locations of nearby sites, restaurants and cafes.  (We had a wonderful meal at Urbano - recommended by Catherine. )
The bathroom had everything you could need, including a super shower. And I loved the little details such as  great toiletries and towels, and a small vase of scented rose buds in the bedroom. Catherine cooked breakfast to our individual orders and there was always congenial conversation  in the lovely dining room. Each room has a small patio area and the air conditioning was very effective and SO quiet.  But it was Catherine's hospitality that made it! She was first class at helping her guests to get the very best out of their stay. 

Great place . Small place with famaly atmosfire. Very clean quiete . The room is big and clean. Close to every thing  . We recommend this for couples who looks for worm and nice place to stay. The lady who run the place is so helpfull and gave us a lot of tips

From the moment we arrived Catherine was very friendly and attentive. We had everything we needed and particularly appreciated the luggage storage room in our accommodation. Catherine provided us with the most delicious breakfast, the highlight of it was the crispy bacon!

The Springs is an extremely comfortable and welcoming B&B! The host Catherine is more than helpful and it is a  delight to have a conversation with her. She gave us so many helpful tips and ideas of where to go and what to see. 

The rooms are large and nicely furnished. One feature we particularly liked was each room comes with a large baggage storage and clothes cupboard, so no need to have clothes all over or trip over suitcases. 
Breakfasts were ordered ahead and were individually made with a good range of choices. Also they were very very tasty. 

Location is very convenient to all restaurants and amenities while on a quiet residential street.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast in bustling Rotorua. 
Catherine and Johnny were just super!  Great fun and interesting conversations with a genuine interest in their guests comfort. No request was too small. Can’t say enough nice things. Breakfasts were substantial and cooked to order by Catherine. The rooms are lovely, quiet, spotless with nice shampoo amenities. The B and B is gated at night which means your car is safe. In town but in a nice residential area near to shops and events such as the wonderful Māori Matai experience. I mention this as our driver for this event was late and Catherine saw us waiting in the lobby and immediately jumped in and called to see what had happened and got everything quickly straightened out. An A+ stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Springs.   Catherine is one of the most delightful individuals you will ever meet, and she brings new meaning to the term “hospitality.”  The Springs is immaculate.  Breakfast is delicious.  You can stay at a chain hotel/motel in Rotorua or you can stay at The Springs — it’s an easy choice.

The springs B and B is an excellent place to stay. The owner Catherine could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The accommodation was so comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast was delicious each morning and Catherine knows the area so well and was able to advise us on what activities were available for us to do. We would recommend Springs to anyone wishing to explore Rotorua and the surrounding area.
