We were lucky and arrived as part of a trip to New Zealand to MOTUEKA RIVER LODGE, located on the South Island, which is also the residence of Rose and Graham and they even admire it. It is a charming, breathtaking house immersed in a garden with beautiful and well-kept vegetation. The place can accommodate up to 12 people with another adjacent building. The building itself and the rooms are completely new, tastefully decorated like the entire house, and offer the guest a luxurious stay with everything needed, including treats that Rose takes care to provide. The food at the place is prepared by a chef. We had two dinners and two breakfasts that were at the level of a Michelin restaurant, and the chef's delicate hand was evident in every meal. The hospitality was perfect and above all, Rose and Graham were the ones who finally created the special atmosphere of the place and made the experience so special. It is clear that if we return to the South Island again, we will return to this wonderful place. We were privileged to be, to be hosted by and to get to know the charming Rose and Graham.
