Awesome place to stay! Everything was clean and ready to use. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful and unique location It is a lovely restored historic house in a romantic garden located in the heart of the Nelson region...surrounded by nature and... many sheeps at the back. It is excellent starting point to outdoor activities in this area. Atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The best thing about the place are the hosts-Steve and Maryann. They are very welcoming, friendly and kind people. My room has very comfortable queen size bed with dual control electric blanket and pillows, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, basin, complimentary toiletries and soap made from the lavender grown in the property, heated towel rail, hairdryer and fan heater. There is also flat screen TV, seating area and table for your meals. You can not expect more! Tea and coffee making facilities are provided free of charge in the hallway. Complimentary breakfast was super tasty! Hosts also invited me for a delicious lunch to boost my calories after 130 km bicycle ride through NZ slopes. It was nice. TOP CLASS ACCOMMODATION. 5 stars!
