This was our favorite hotel on our travels in New Zealand. We had a king room that was large & comfortable. It was on the 1st floor with a balcony. Very good lighting in the room & in the bathroom. The bathroom had 2 sinks & an open shower. There was a guest laundry fairly close to our room which we used. Breakfast was included in our reservation. It was not served in the hotel restaurant. It was at the Malo Restaurant about a block away. The food was very good. Restaurant was busy in the mornings so we went right when it opened.
