Beautiful apartment in great location. Superb views

This unit was excellent, clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a very large apartment with a large outside lanai overlooking the harbor. The perfect place to enjoy your cocktail

We enjoyed this property so much when we first arrived in Picton from the North Island we made a point to return again while waiting for the return ferry.Great property with a special view of the Bay.

The view from the balcony is postcard perfect. Beautiful spot.

Brilliant accomodation for the area, had a great stay. My only feedback to owners is to add a timed AC unit to use when hot, and a slightly later default checkout would be perfect like other hotels. Other than that though had a lovely stay and would stay again if traveling through Picton. Walkable to everything.

I've stayed in many hotels and apartment rentals. This is probably the best I've ever seen. A terrific place to stay.

Great stay, easy to walk to.

This was a last minute booking and the apartment was very nice, conveniently close to the ferry port.  Exceeded my expectations in most all regards.  There is no openable window in the bedroom (that we could find) so the bedroom was seriously stuffy.  We were only there for one night so didn't contact management about it but  would have if we were staying for longer.

The apartment is very clean and beautiful. View was great, parking was safe too. Before heading to North island, it was a great choice. Just a few things: it would be great if there is a photo of "the Swipe" for car garage in the email instructions, and fix the key box lock. Then we didn't have to call. Anyway when I called, the woman staff helped, and let us to leave the keys at the apartment. Wish we can come back. Thanks!

An excellent stay, the property was clean and large with lots of facilities like washing machine, drying rack, washing powder etc. dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. Some additional staples would have been handy like cooking oil, foil, spices. The views were amazing of the sounds. Unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the views really was special.The location was 10/10 also, being right in the thick of Picton you could access bars and restaurants within 1 minute. We stayed in 403 and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay

Lovely spacious apartment. Great location, frontline as the name suggests, with a large Balcony. Clean apartment, powerful showers, and comfortable beds, although didn't like the Canopy over the master bed. Had a great dinner in the Restaurant below the apartment, which was handy as it had been raining all day and we didn't get wet getting to it.

Spacious apartment. Downstairs had bedrooms and bathrooms which were a bit basic. Bathrooms small with no light, dated fixtures, but functional. Upstairs kitchen, dining and living - spacious and very well appointed. Balconies on both levels overlooking car park then harbour. Dishwasher that stunk, lots of dishes, glasses, kitchenware.

The apartment is in a great position overlooking the mariner but it is a little tired. It was not the one where we thought we had booked which we had stayed in before (much nicer) The bed was small which we are not used to. The duvet, although clean, had seen its days as it was lumpy from washing. The parking in the garage underneath was really tight. We ended up paying $5 a day to park in the car park in front of the units. The apartment was well equipped and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, sea front straight across the road, lots of cafes bars & restaurants very close & main shopping street 50 meters away. Spacious apartment, big lounge, good tv & a great view. Kitchen all set up to use but didnt have need of it. Would I stay here again, Yes. There was good contact by email from their management about the key arrangements (there is no meet & greet) & all very easy to get keys & get entry. Also has car park (didnt use).

We booked the apartment for two couples as the apartment had two separate bedrooms and were very surprised that there were two bathrooms as well, the view was absolutely awesome right out over the marina, we could also see the interislander ferries coming and going. I would like to buy the apartment please...
