Modern, clean, quite spacious and close to everything. Would stay again next time we are in Lake Tekapo.

We had a short but comfortable stay here. Beautiful view from our window! Hotel was conveniently located, close to town and our stargazing expedition in the nearby park.

We loved it here! The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. Easily the nicest accommodations in the area and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions.

The rooms are immaculate the staff fantastic and willing to help.  Easy walk to restaurants.

This property was a wonderful surprise. We had a beautiful view of the lake. The studio was very spacious with a fully supplied kitchenette. The bathroom was luxurious. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable, luxurious stay within easy walk to the sites and restaurants of the area.

Lovely apartment as we had an upgrade. The rooms are accessed from an outside at ground level or a metal balcony on the first. There was a lift. However, as they do night gazing they kept the external lights on all night and there were no blinds or curtains on the widows facing the entrance doors, so the rooms aren’t dark at night. This led to a disturbed night for me as I kept waking up think it was morning. You should be able to have a dark bedroom. It was in a nice location which was a short walk to the main area. It is on next to the main road so there was noise from the traffic.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised by Lake Tekapo. We had a fantastic view from our room and I just spent every opportunity sitting by the balcony and staring out to the lake. Room was very spacious and had everything you needed. Staff were helpful and friendly and they provide several recommendations for things to do and see if the area. We were even able to use the coin laundry for guests which was super convenient timing for our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you plan to stay for a few days.

The Executive Studio was spacious, clean and in a new condition, and had all the kitchen equipment if you wanted to cook your own food. Parking space was easy to find. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about attractions in the area and nearby. She also stayed a little longer after the office hours to process our check-in as we arrived after the reception opening hours. So thank you.The hotel's current Check-out Time of 10am is a little too early. I would suggest that the hotel change its Check-out Time to 11am.

The property itself is quite nice, and the view is awesome too, the front desk is very helpful as well. But it's got no restaurant on the property, the room tidy service is very very limited (just pick up the garbage and change towels), and it's not as well located to the eateries as a few other ones in tekapo that give you much better value overall. It's just too expensive for what it lacks in room services.

I had a great stay at Grand Suites Lake Tekapo. The apartments are very modern and clean and really have everything you might need for a couple if days at the lake. They are located on the edge of the village centre - only a short walk away from the restaurants and supermarket but at the same time far enough removed from the buzz of the tourist groups. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my room so I could enjoy the lake view even when the weather was ghastly. The laundry room was a plus for me on a long vacation and had both washers and dryers.
