Great stay with wonderful owners.  Located in town so easy access to restaurants and shops.  Room was delightful and immaculate. Very good location to visit local wineries. Highly recommend 305 In the Vines for a great stay in Martinborough.

Very clean and comfortable cute villa. Great porch and the self locking (with code) door for easy and safe access. Really close to all town amenities and reasonable walking distance to fabulous vineyards.  A great experience and would absolutely recommend!!

We were a group of 8 and hired the two bed villa, the studio and one bed villa. Great location and perfect for a group. 

Check in is all online and keyless entry. Villas were warm and tidy.

Lots of info on where to eat and what to do.

I was really happy with my villa, it was very spacious, comfortable and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. While I didn’t use it, I thought the kitchenette was well laid out and kitted out. The bathroom was very spacious, but I did not like the shower/bath combo (the is more a personal preference than anything been wrong with it). The villas are in a great location, within easy walking distance of all places in town. One thing that really stood out and I really appreciated, was the welcome note and the bag of lollies. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed here with friends just after Christmas and were so impressed. Just gorgeous villas, loved personalised message with Christmas crackers and chocolates. Very comfortable stay, plenty of room. Quick walk to all the marvels martinborough has to offer. Highly recommend 

Spent two nights in one of the villas. Separate bedroom and lounge area.

Is a bit more expensive but worth it.

First time staying. We are two couples so went for the two bed two bathroom Oxford villa. We loved it. Well set out with upstairs and downstairs and well fitted out. Location is right on the square. 

Good pre check in communication and very flexible after I booked the wrong nights by mistake. 

We will definitely be back. 

We stumbled upon this beautiful place to stay by chance and were thrilled.

Perfect location, stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. Very comfortable. Small kitchenette with the basics. Had a selection of books, board games and CDs. Lovely bathroom with shower.
Definitely recommend and would book again.

What a lovely place to stay.  Beautifully presented with quality fixtures and fittings.  Decorated tastefully.   Very comfortable and roomy.  Excellent bathroom with heated floor ,  thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

These villas are not luxurious and do not look for top end. In some respects minimalist. But the villas are still reasonably modern and are warm and friendly. A huge advantage is the closeness to the Square and the fact that you can walk easily to restaurants and cafes. The cost especially for a small group of say 4, works out well.

BRILLIANT stay!!!

We stayed for two nights and would be happy to recommend this accomodation. You may need to do a bit of research to make sure your expectations are met. Not all units have spas for example, not that we expected ours would (we had a shower with a drape-around curtain and as another reviewer has noted the floor gets quite wet).

We agree the beds are comfy, there are good inclusions in terms shampoo etc in the bathroom and tea and coffee in the kitchenette). Our room did not have any cooking facilities apart from the small microwave and such facilities would certainly be a plus when you are staying in a stand alone cabin.

There are no washing facilities that we could see, again, something like a shared guests laundry would be welcome.

We are not suggesting we were in any way misled, we had a perfectly comfortable stay, but the additions suggested would make longer stays more comfortable.

There are several very good restaurants and wine tasting places nearby, the Wine Bank was a standout. We found to our disappointment that many restaurants were not open on Monday.

The electronic code lock on the front door worked well - it’s great you don’t have to worry about losing a key.

Quite comfy

A group of friends stayed recently,  all had our own villas. All were very impressed with the accomodation,as close as you could get to the center of the village,beautiful villas, very clean, well appointed and top quality. New owners who are amazing to deal with, we highly recommend Pinot Villas and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous

Luckily the I Site told us about this wonderful place 5 oclock at night - walked around and easily booked a 2 bedroom villa by phone.  Had everything we wanted - clean, spacious and comfortable.  We were unable to get sky sport but otherwise it was fantastic.  Just a very short walk to the main area of Martinborough. Wasn't over priced at all for 2 couples to stay in our 50's

Great place to stay

We had the Kansas and Strasbourg villas.  Wonderful size rooms.  Nice size bedroom, living area, and kitchen area.  Well equipped and very clean.  We parked right next to the villas so getting luggage in and out was easy.  Shower in the bathroom did not have a shower enclosure, so water tended to get all over the bathroom.  It was nice to have a separate villa, so it was quiet and special.  The location was great and we walked to the square for dinner.

Wonderful villa with lots of space

The photos on the website were perfect for letting us know what we were getting. Contact for the managers (Kim/Tania) was always friendly and helpful.
We grabbed the one bedroom. It's just lovely - warm, bed comfortable, spacious. We needed to use the laundry and that was happily supplied for us. We are just loving being here.
