100 reviewsWe stayed at Austin Heights for 2 nights on our journey through South Island. We were given a warm welcome from John and Lyn who have created the ideal B&B stop for travellers. The rooms are immaculate, with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony of our room had fantastic views of the mountains and ocean - a fantastic place to chill at the end of the day. Breakfast was lovely (and Lyn also made some fantastic fruit cake for us) with excellent choice. John and Lyn were very helpful, giving us advice about local amenities and things to do. We loved our visit to Kaikoura and our stay at Austin Heights was the icing on the cake.
