The room is adequate, more suited to just one guest. It is small, and I wouldn't call it 'cute'. There is no view out the window except walls of other buildings very close by. Ground noise from below, especially tenant's bins early in the morning is not great. I don't know if the two diagonal beams are structurally required, but it limits the space, and makes it difficult to open and look out of one of the windows.
