City Hotel Winschoten

So we checked into the Royal York hotel, my wife and and then my kids decided they wanted to join us, the front desk service was accommodating patient nothing short of spectacular also we were switching our rooms to larger room as my wife likes to travel with a lot of luggage way too much as a result we called guest services moved us to a larger room his name was Jeff was he ever patient when we realize that room wasn’t big enough we had to move back to the original room I called the front desk no problem sir will get you a larger room to satisfy your needs well AAA to front desk and guest Service moving us around and all luggage, big thanks once again to Jeff at guest services I think his name is Jeff Paul not sure of his last name WOW this guy was incredible. Thank you Royal York hotel we will return again next year for Christmas
