Havaa Apartments

I am in Utrecht on a 4-week official trip. I will be leaving in a few days. I am in Plompetorengracht 11B apartment. My review is as follows: Location: In the historic inner city, picturesque, canal by the front door. Apartment: Mine is a 1-bed apartment, very spacious and is well furnished (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and board, living room, TV, sofas, dining table, study table) Service: Top class, starting with the first email, prompt answers. Meet and greet on the first morning was punctual. Staff always ready to help. For e.g., I asked for a few extra hangers and they were promptly delivered. On the first day, I needed help with operating the TV even though I had been given a demo, and the lady cheerfully came back and helped me out. Neighbourhood: Countless pubs and restaurants, probably the highest density I have seen across 25 countries. Some stay open till 3 AM or 4 AM. Amazing variety of beers. This is also hard to beat.There are two supermarkets and a mobile phone store in the immediate neighbourhood. Transportation: The nearest bus stops are about 3 minutes and 5 minutes walk away. Utrecht Central Station is 15 minutes away walking, and less than 5 minutes by bus, In conclusion, the apartment is good for families, the neighbourhood being a friendly student area. Keep up the good standard..!!
