12 reviewsLong story. I booked the Maria Callas in 4 months prior to our stay. I had an email of confirmation from both Hotels.com and the owner. Two days before we were due to stay I emailed the owner who claimed to have never confirmed the booking. I contacted Hotels.com GOLD support who in this occasion were just appalling. He genuinely struggled with the concept that the owner could have changed his mind and gone with a bigger party than just us three and was effectively saying I cancelled it. Anyways I kept my calm and approached the owner with an alternative. He did have an alternative boat, the Dutchyacht hotel and arranged that for the night for myself and my two teenage boys. We loved it, very relaxing, opposite some great restaurants. Thank you to Willam for letting us stay at such short notice, we had a great evening as a result! Avoid booking this through hotels.com though is my advice. Thanks
