Really nice room in a great location that is walkable to all areas of Amsterdam. Great value for money and smooth check-in/out. Would recommend!

We had a really nice stay at Kerkstraat Residence and can recommend it!

The location is excellent and the room is spacious and very comfortable. Check in was easy with the lock box and communication was very good. We did find that there were no towels left in the room for us but this was rectified very quickly. There is no door between the room and bathroom which we knew about but were a bit confused as to how one couldn’t be put in, even if just a curtain! Also the jacuzzi bath is really nice but it would be great if the owners could leave instructions for using it as there are quite a lot of knobs and buttons!Overall though, we had a fantastic stay and the location and character of the property made our trip.

Such a lovely apartment, in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere from here. Very close to places to eat and drink. The apartment itself is beautiful. Very clean and spacious with everything you need during your stay. Check in was seamless as we were met there by a prearranged check in time. Note that the stairs are very steep (not uncommon in Amsterdam!) which was not a problem for us but may be for other people.Will definitely stay here again!Thank you! :)

Really well located in Amsterdam.  Loft was well appointed and self contained.

Perfect location with all main sites in walking distance. Welcoming and easy to access property, all essentials covered.

This place is in a very good locations. Walkable distance to many attractions. Conveniently nearby cafes, restaurants  and grocery stores. There are decent luggage storage places about 5-10 mins away, if you arrive before check in time. My only con is the very tiny fridge and stairs. If you have heavy luggage or bad knee, then I wouldn't recommend this place. Otherwise it's a really great place to stay.

The room was really comfortable and clean and the location is great.  Pretty cool place to stay overall. A bit noisy on the street at night but that cannot be helped. The room had almost all the necessities...could have used more towels, some creamers/sugar for the in-room coffee offering and some of the lighting was missing.  I would stay again though as it was nice overall!  The staff, while not on hand were easily and promptly accessible by texting.

Lovely apartment!

I liked the area of this property a lot.  The staff is accomodating and helpful.  We had to message them that we were at the property and someone was there within 10 minutes. She carried our bags up to the loft and answer any questions. During the day the street is quiet but a lot of the night it is noisy and you hear it. We slept fitfully.  Three flights of stairs was a chore. I loved the heated floors in the bathroom.  It did get stuffy in the room so we opened the bathroom window until bedtime (noise). It is close to the flower market and many good restaurants.
