Overall clean room with everything needed. But the bed was small, the water in the shower was not hot enough. Poor breakfast and the sun roof above the bed was very noisy while raining, woke me up few times a night.

We stayed for 3 days in November. Self-catering home, no worries. Apartment, because it is a two-room apartment with separate bathroom and toilet, is perfectly clean and very comfortable. Soft bed and very warm mattress. Breakfast supplies (ham, cheese, eggs, etc.) are in the fridge. What to make coffee, or teaspoons. No sink to wash dishes or gaskets to cook. The dishes and beds are made by the guests. Not far from the airport. Really great!

Comfort and calmness

The B&B is just outside a small town in the vicinity of Amsterdam, on the shore of a lake, in an extremely quiet but excellent location to visit Amsterdam and the surroundings, having its own means. That you can park in a secluded space, visible in photos. The hospitality is in a real mini apartment, bathroom, toilet (in many countries are separate), room. Every morning you will find a plentiful ready breakfast on the kitchen table, included in the price, the B&Bs are like this. From the window, cows grazing in the open, a lazy swan, flowers and grass. In the village, a couple of kilometers away, an excellent supermarket, a small beer garden on the lake. With its own kitchen equipment, it is a fantasy kitchen, it can provide a little laundry, and lunch, but it would be very useful to save money by making the kitchen and laundry, but it would be very cost-effective to prepare the dishes and dishes in the bathroom.

Quiet location near Amsterdam and airport

We were very pleasantly surprised when arriving at this welcoming B&B. The host was very efficient and friendly, and the appartment was so spacious, clean and well equipped, that we could not have asked for more. The beds were soft and so comfortable I just didn't want to get up in the morning. We felt thoroughly spoiled with the huge bathroom featuring both a big shower and a bathtub. There were nice soap, shampoo and creams for us. Also the kitchen/livingroom was well equipped with a fantastic breakfast laid ready to unpack from table and fridge, as well as having both a coffee maker and kettle and a good provision of coffee and tea available. The lovely bouquet of roses and the botle of red wine was a lovely welcome touch. We thank the hosts for our very relaxing stay, and will definitely stay here again.

Welcoming, spaceous, comfortable

Nice location in the countryside but also close to Amsterdam. The host was very friendly and helpfully.
It is a good point to visit Nord Sea cities, Amsterdam and much more. 
A personal car is required since public transport is not easily accessible from the location.
