The location can't be beat. It's on the main canal through the city, situated on a dairy farm. You wouldn't know you were on a dairy farm though, it's quiet and you can't smell any animals unless you go in the barns, which you are allowed to do. We watched the cows being milked, played with baby sheep, there is a ground level trampoline for the kids to play on and it's just quiet. The owner is great, such a nice guy and willing to give suggestions on places to see, eat, etc. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the wifi was terrible while we were there, which isn't a problem until wanting to watch a movie or something before bed.

Great place to stay!!

been there for 9 days.  Family of 5. The rooms are clean and in good size.  Well equiped kitchen and some rooms have washing machine.
There is a big trampolin in the out side for the kids to play. 
The atmosphere and views of the place are great.  Few minutes drive to the main roads. Few groseies and bakeries in the area.  The owner is very kind and helpful. 
We loved the place.  And highly recomend it. 

Great place for vecation

Our apartment had two bedrooms and a very spacious kitchen / livingroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except a toaster and an oven which would have been nice) :)

Best hotel bed I have slept in for a very long time.

The apartments are located in an old building, I assume it's the old stable, which was very nicely renovated. 

When we realized we were on a cow farm we asked the owner, whether it was possible to buy fresh milk. The next morning we had a jug with milk in front of our door.

The owner was at all times extremely friendly and always helpful.

We will be back for sure!

Spacious, cosy apartment on a beautiful farm

We stayed here for a week with family and it was the best base for us. The place was equipped with everything you could need and beds were super comfy. Nice to be able to be on the farm and see the cows/calves and have "sebby" the dog greet us each morning. Must have a car is the only piece of advice I will give. Local pub has lovely meals and good beer too!

Fabulous home away from home

Excellent clean and spacious accommodation and good location. Ideal for a family. Lots to see and do nearby and Amsterdam  only 30 minute drive . Keukenhof worth visiting and Leiden close for shopping.
