Lovely apartments in the very centre of Groningen. My flat had a little terrasse with a table and chairs overlooking a canal.
Very clean, lovely eclectic decoration, very comfortable.
People at reception were very helpful and be bee breakfast served next door was excellent.
I recommend without hesitation

A nicely furnished with a full kitchenette room was very clean and fresh. It's located in 300 meters from the Grand Markt and other popular places. View to the channel is great. At sunny day you can sit next to it and get some refreshments. I enjoyed my stay with a family there.

Our room was very and comfortable with good lighting, comfortable table and chairs, and complimentary coffee station. Staircases in The Netherlands are tight with small steps. Just recognize that this is normal and part of the experience. We had an honest mistake that occurred in room 30G. However management was very responsive to our concern and ensured that we were happy with our overall experience. Thank you for making this a very positive experience.

It’s been a year now since I started staying at Miss Blanche a number of days a week for my work in Groningen and it’s been wonderful. The rooms as not only very clean (cleaning is excellent, every day) and well maintained but also warm and inviting at the same time. And what is nicer than coming into your hotel room after a long days work and finding the lights on and such a beautiful Christmas tree in your room as a welcome. But what makes it feel like a home away from home is the always friendly and kind staff. Whether it was during the heart of the lock-down or during other months when Miss Blanche is very busy, whoever is is at reception or cleaning, they are always kind and professional.  The location is excellent, right in de heart of the city with beautiful views of the canals from many of the rooms and suites. And the canals are beautiful  with lighting decorations this time of year.

Great location with views of the canal about a 10 min walk from the train station.  Lots of dining and shopping nearby.  The family penthouse with a full kitchen was wonderful. Spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit Groningen again.

Nice welcome and shown to the apartment / room where we stayed. The hotel consists of rooms / apartments, most in adjacent houses. Great shower, well-equipped kitchen, beds, Molton & Brown bathroom kit etc. We stayed in a suite worth every penny. Close to Groningen market, city center. Great stay. Will return. 

We've had a wonderful (coronaproof) stay at one of the suites in a beautiful historical building. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located in the city centre, near the water. 
Good breakfast and helpful staff.

We booked the Penthouse, great location and nice bar (de Sigaar) next door. Many places for dinner nearby. Friendly staff, breakfast is two doors down and is an experience by itself with everything you could wish for. 

This rather quirky hotel is spread across several buildings close to the centre of town. The rooms are large, light, clean and very comfortable with excellent furnishings. We did not find the street noise intrusive and slept very well. Staff were attentive, efficient, friendly and helpful. I have seldom enjoyed a hotel stay so much.

Very beautifully designed, modern 'loft like' suite in the old city center. Very tastefully furbished. Very friendly staff. Great quality bed and comfortable shower. The fresh coffee maker is an extraordinary touch that was greatly appreciated.

Stylish, good location, nice people 

Excellent place - very centrally located, rooms of different sizes and for different purposes. We much like the spacious studios on Kleine der Aa. 

They switched to serving their own breakfast instead of relying on the nice little coffee + breakfast place next to the restaurant. Their own breakfast, however, is expensive and chaotic in terms of quality of service. If you need to leave early or pressed for time it’s better to check with reception whether breakfast will be there.

Wonderful hotel, great location

Nice, quirky hotel near the center of Groningen. The rooms are really appartments in separate buildings, but at the price of a hotel room. Friendly reception and quiet night's rest. Very near all the central areas of the city. Parking garage was quite tight to get in to (large car) and reception was a bit difficult to find.

Nice stay in the center of Groningen

I had reserved the room looking at pictures of the hotel and I haven't been mistaken. The hotel comprises of nine historic but refurbished beutiful buildings. Rooms are new like the hotel, spacious and well furbished. All the hotel amenities are there, mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, TV, safe-lock and free wi-fi. If you don't mind the steep stairs (no lifts sorry) the hotel is very very good. On top of all these please add one very good fine dining restaurant, a very trendy cafe/bar and a bakery with really freidnly and good personnel. All these are located by the canal that surrounds the old town where everything happens daytime and nighttime.

Cosy Hotel at a Beautiful Spot

Excellent and Different

I was in town for two nights as part of a conference taking place and had to find a spot for a few nights, and ended up staying here, which was nice.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The apartments / rooms are split up into a number of buildings, all very close to where you check-in, but not all in the same building, but that wasn't an issue. I guess it was a bit like an AirBnB type place.

My room was comfortable, quiet and relaxing, plenty of space, as i upgraded to a larger style room. The room had a bean style coffee machine, so fresh coffee every morning was ideal! Nice view from my balcony, although the weather wasn't the best, so it didn't get much use. 
The beds and pillows were the winnner, super comfortable and so good after a long flight!!

I was disappointed that the place didn't have an on-site laundry or facilities to have clothes dry cleaned / cleaned. They suggested a place offsite and down the street which wasn't ideal after travelling for a week and needing to get clothes cleaned with minimal time to do so. 

The cafe / bakery downstairs do a good breakfast, but there are plenty of places nearby where you can walk and grab a bite to eat. Also shopping is close by, all the usual big stores are in town, so get out and go for a walk.

Dinner places are plentiful, lots around to choose from, we chose a nice itlaian place called Napoli across the water which was good, cosy and very welcoming!

Easy checkout and checkin process, friendly staff, and they assisted in calling a taxi for me. 

Its about a 10-15minute walk from the train station which is handy, but we just caught a taxi as it was raining.

Another suggestion, provide umbrellas in the front downstairs area of each housing unit. I know you provide them in reception, but my room was down the road and around the corner, and no umbrellas in my room either! This would be handy to have one or two for each room like most hotels do these days.

When i arrived there was also some cold water bottles in the fridge. Most hotels also replace these each day and refill them with new bottles, but this wasn't the case here.

All in all it was good, well priced and clean!
