Stayed for a night, the apartment was okay, a liitle bit messy when we arrived, as its a shared house, the couple downstairs room are making mess but its a guests nothing to do with that, theres a kitchen and washjng machine that can be use by guests. Struggled with the noise producung my the washer though, the guests uses the easher thst night and it was right beside our room. The stairs going up were a little bit dangerous as it is too steep. The owner was helpful and approachable. We got a fair deal with pur stau there.

Good for a stopover stay

Ahouse with nobody inside, if you need anything, you must call the owner on the mobile and wait until someone comes. Rooms were not well cleaned, no bar or coffee machine inside, so if you need water or anything else, you have to go out and walk until the city centre in order to find a shop.
I guess why they try to manage a bed&breakfast if they have no expertise!

Cheap but not friendly

PRO: central location, price (I didn't find anything less expensive), spacious room, free WiFi. CONTRO: only bed and no breakfast: there is a kitchen with a 3 seat table (the b&b can accommodate more than 6 if full) with almost everything to cook but breakfast simply isn't there. why is it called b&b?

Very bed but not much Breakfast

With potential to be exploited, in a great location to visit the city, a nice room with a great shared bathroom, a kitchen, little to make it good, a handkerchief is not very well maintained, sheets of sheets around, bags of mattress in the hallway, the price reflects these shortcomings.

Good quality price ratio

We had to contact the manager on the phone to get the keys, the apartment is 400m from a free parking lot overlooking the canals and close to the center. Our apartment was big, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle. But the apartment was dirty... way too much to rent and with children in addition... the sheets were all dirty, a poison boat was poured under our bed... mice? hair in the sinks... There are tons of sheets in the cabinets, the apartment wasn't heated when we arrived we had to deal with it because the manager was in 5 minutes... in the common room like these sheets that are drifting, disgusting coffee... in short, the manager paid the night in cash in no more than 110 euros... it's a good plan...

It's expensive and dirty.

B&B extremely well located, in the heart of the beautiful town of Gouda, at a very reasonable price, given the size of the room and the common premises we have benefited from. It was perfectly suitable for us as young backpackers. bémol: -you have to contact the manager by phone to arrange the delivery of the keys. -the apartment is relatively dirty, including the bathroom sink.

Very good quality/price ratio

Excellent location 200 metres from the nice central square of Gouda in a quiet alley on the canals with parking along the toll canals, the room is spacious, clean and nice with all the comforts (TV, boiler etc) but the second ramp access to the room is small and very steep impossible x who has some physical problems, it is so tight that access to it with the suitcase could become an enterprise x the rest ok

Good location.

We were attracted to the price, we were rather satisfied. The location was very good, the host was perfectly welcoming (tea/coffee/cookies). She offered to wash our things for a small extra, which was very convenient during our trip. The room was a little small, the two bathrooms were very clean. The bed was, however, medium. The possibility of using the kitchen was a big plus for us.

Very good quality to price ratio

Took a while to settle in, keys missing, couldn't easily figure out our rooms.  Fairly clean, good WiFi, nice bathrooms and good breakfast in the morning.  Linens and bedding appeared to be older in some of the rooms.  Only soap provided, so be sure you have your other toiletries.

Conveniently located, good for the thrifty traveler

We had originally booked two triple rooms because we were with our four children, but the hostess contacted us via email and offered us another arrangement and so we had one large room for the children and one for ourselves. The whole set was clean and pleasant and well equipped. The situation in the center, along the canals, is ideal because it allows you to walk and visit the city center on foot directly from the house.
