Every time we were in Frisia we stayed at the Lutje Lollum because there is nothing more characteristic in the area! Manja, the owner, and her husband are exquisite, kind and available people and they always welcomed us as if we were almost friends. The rooms are wonderful and comfortable in any season, the buffet of the nursery is exceptional and every day changes, even on request. Then if you want there is the possibility of organizing a barbecue in the stable, really very picturesque!

Relax and welcome top!

During our tour of the Netherlands, we reach the beautiful region of Friesland. An immense expanse of grass fields, crushed by streams of water, with hundreds of sheep, Frisian cows and horses in the pasture. Among this nature pop up here and there beautiful stables, with attached housing. And here is the ns. B&B, which we choose for the beautiful reviews (though still no Italian), and for the typical location. This beautiful restored ex-stable, run by a couple of gentlemen on the 60s, gentle and exquisite is to choose from.

Italians don't just visit Amsterdam!

Beautiful Dutch barn traditional bed and breakfast. Lovely large rooms immaculate clean and tidy, free use of kitchen and tea and coffee in room. Lovely little extras with apple brandy and kids key ring on bed pillow. Lovely comfortable beds and strong warm showers. Breakfast was amazing with a homemade fruit cocktail of blackberries strawberries in quark. And Mellon. You can store your bikes in the barn also. Count yourself lucky if you find this place.

Fantastic accommodation Dutch barn style

We stayed for 3 nights in August 2013. Was very nice visit. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty - meat, cheese, eggs, and very nice desert (different each time). Manja was very helpful with information about local attraction. In the evening we enjoyed sitting outside, looking at horses and eating raspberries.

Unfortunately, the treatment of the owner does not seem very kind to us - for example, saying dryly that the rooms are not cleaned during the entire stay because that is a b&b and not a hotel!

Excellent rooms and a very good breakfast in an area of the Netherlands to discover.

We have stayed here quite a few times since their opening. This is a very lovely B&B; from the well-designed rooms and public areas to the extensive Dutch breakfasts, we highly recommend it to anyone. They even has special accommodations for families with children. The location is convenient for those visiting in Friesland. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The comfort level in the rooms is great. This is THE place to stay when in the area.
