Since we arrived late in the evening and checked out early, we did not meet any of the hotel staff. We followed the instructions provided by the hotel via email and did the self check-in which wasn't very difficult. Our room which was on the first floor, was big and clean. There was a basin within the room which made it easier. Commute wise, it is about a km walking distance from the railway station / Flixbus stop. Drawback: There is only one bathroom which could be a bottle neck; however, personally, we didn't have to wait for long.
