De Geulhemermolen

The characteristic charming inn is a bit tucked away in the hilly countryside of the south of Limburg, the Netherlands’ most southern province. Besides the charm of the place we were enchanted by the comforting, relaxing way of the service. Arriving with a party of 10 during some 20 minutes, we were served the drinks almost immediately, and the food within a fair amount of time. The food is in fact regional and not complicated but suited very much our purpose of an occasional family lunch. All dishes, even many different ones, were good of taste, be it my romadou (strong tasting local cheese) be it the veal ragout, be it the vol-au-vent all of them tasty. In conclusion, if you’re hungry for a simple but tasty meal, go there.
