We stayed in a double /twin room for 3 nights, with a private bathroom. It was great for a hot shower and somewhere to sleep. The room was clean and we had new towels each day. There was some noise from outside but we were in the centre of Amsterdam so of course there was, but it didn't interfere with sleep. The rest of the hostel was great, a lively wee bar/ restaurant downstairs and within minutes walking distance to the trams but also with close-by bakeries and shops. The breakfast hall proved that people of all ages stayed there, it's not just for young backpackers. The staff were great and the company doesn't take itself too seriously, which is refreshing. Would definitely stay again!
