Krasnapolsky Apartments

I bought my son a trip to Amsterdam for his 21st Birthday and chose this hotel for his accommodation. I contacted the hotel prior to his arrival to advise of the special occasion. Upon arrival he was upgraded free of charge and to his delight balloons and decorations adorned his room. The staff also provided a happy Birthday platter and Birthday cake as pictured below, both were delicious and a lovely touch. My sons feedback was as follows, rooms extremely spacious and of a very high quality, super comfortable beds with superior linen that ensured a great nights sleep. No noise could be heard from other guests or outside. Luxurious bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Both room and hotel were absolutely spotless. The thing that begins to set this hotel apart from other 5* hotels he has stayed in in Amsterdam is the attention to detail, high quality is apparent in all aspects. The biggest plus has to be location, a short stroll from the station yet right in the heart of Amsterdam and all of the delights it has to offer. He advises he would love to return and would highly recommend this hotel to both friends and family. I cannot thank the staff enough for such a wonderfully professional service that they afforded me in another country, it really is 1st class when you can rely on a hotel to treat your loved one, so thank you so much.
