I recently spent a week at Mountain View Hotel, and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. This family-run hotel excels in warm hospitality—everyone is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special shout-out to DhiRaj, who went above and beyond to organize all my travel and adventure excursions. Thanks to his expertise, my trip to Nepal was seamless and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of, allowing me to dive straight into the adventure. Despite being budget-friendly, the hotel offers excellent facilities. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything in perfect working order—including a kettle, which was a thoughtful touch. The bed was cozy, and after long, adventure-packed days, it was a relief to have such a comfortable place to recharge. The location is another bonus—just off the main road, it’s peaceful while still close to the action. It’s about a 10-minute stroll to Lakeside, and there’s even a huge park across the road for morning runs. One of the most memorable parts of my stay was meeting fellow guests, who were all friendly and easygoing. In a fun twist, the pilot from my helicopter ride to Base Camp was staying next door!
