Really good location for the price if you're travelling solo and light. The location is outstanding as it's extremely close to numerous different types of food places (local/foreign/Western/etc.) Good wifi and Air condition in the room. The host was very easy to communicate & speak with and she responds quickly.

A gem for solo travellers

I really liked the location, it is in the middle of so many restaurants, walking dist.ance from Junction City Mall and the local market. Also, about 20 minutes walking to China Town. The room was clean, shower area is ok. The only missing thing is someone to help you plan your stay or to recommend places to visit especially for the first-timers like me!

The location is good. Near 7 elevens and food places. 
Taxi drivers wouldn't know the place get the owner to write the address in Burmese. 
There isn't a board to indicate the residence but a small dark staircase up to the apartment with many rooms. I entered the house which was not locked. They left a note and key for me. My room was on the 2nd floor and if you have luggage its a pain as its steep. My room was fine for one with 2 beds.  But I imagine it be cramped for others. And do be careful to change behind the curtains as from my window there is an office in the next block. I think its a really local local place to stay at though to soak in the local culture and buzz.

Good for solo travellers for a short stays

We stayed here for 2 nights from 20-22Oct 2017. The room given to was really cramped. The queen bed practically occupied the entire room and we had to climb over the bed to get from one corner to the other which can be quite cumbersome. There was a second storey as well and the floorboards above creaked every time the occupants above moved. Nonetheless, the room was clean and so were the shared toilets. However, a bad point about the water coming out of the shower and taps had a strong rust taste to it so they will need to check the piping system.

The location is excellent. There were 2 24/7 shops just downstairs by the road for any late night snacks or water. And the guesthouse was in close proximity to many restaurants selling a variety of cuisines along Nawaday Street. 

The reason why I gave this place a high rating is because of their receptionist who is this young boy called Tint Naing Tun. We were left stranded in Yangon at 4am on 26Oct which was our last day in Myanmar as our overnight bus from Hpa An arrived Yangon at 3am and we did not plan for accommodation before. However, he opened the doors and allowed us to sleep there for 2-3hours especially since I was pretty ill. His assistance throughout our stay there was excellent. We stayed on the room in the 2nd floor which was newer than the first floor and not as cramped. Hence, I would recommend getting a room on the 2nd floor instead.

Convenient location with excellent service!

Very bad experience: very small room the bed occupies the whole room, the bathroom is common and it's also disgusting, the wifi works little, the air conditioning is ok. Also the house has the door open and no one got me except after calling...really little seriousness maybe due to the low price, the location is quite convenient but for the rest to avoid
