The view was mesmerizing, experience was great except one of the staff Mr. Keith who introduced himself as Operation manager was very much arrogant.
       Please trained them to be more polite, empathetic and humble with tourism professionals as we are working in same field.

Nice view still had a bad experience

The night-shift staff at the reception was nice and professional. Wish he could be more relaxed as he looked a bit serious. The rooms we stayed are new, clean and in a very good condition. However, there was a smell of cigarette in one of our rooms. We didn't ask to change the room anyway as we arrived quite late at night. The wifi also didn't work so the staff gave us a pocket wifi to use in our room instead. 

The breakfast was made to order (they will ask what you'd like to eat while checking in: Myanmar or American breakfast served with tropical fruit). The service was impeccable. 

In the morning we asked the receptionists about our iterinary and they were willing to help though they were not very informative like other guesthouses we stayed before. All in all, the hotel is new and the staff are nice and can cope with the situations but need a bit more training to be more hospitable and informative.

Brand new hotel in the new capital

It is a new hotel and truly a good deal. The rooms are smaller than other Nay Pyi Taw hotels, but others are unnecessarily large. Mattress was not too hard nor too soft. Shower water was good and strong. Had a good writing desk and lighting, so easy to work in the room. Had enough lights in the room, and not too many (easy to turn off lights when going to bed). Breakfast was very good, and there is an option of eating in the room (room service) without extra charge. Staff was nice and friendly, but I had difficulty in communicating even a simple thing. Wifi was fast. The only downside was that the bathroom smelled a bit.

value for money

We stayed for two nights before leaving for Yangon. The hotel offers great, modern and spacious rooms. We were the only one in the hotel at the time and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast is average but the hotel is a good deal while in Naypiydaw

Great deal

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel wasn't busy at all and I can honestly say, that I received the best service I have ever had - in particular, from the director, Miss Moe, who really looked after us during our stay. The breakfast was good and this 'western' hotel is very good value in comparison to similarly-priced hotels in Myanmar.
