It's a bit far from city center. No restaurants, shopping centres nearby. The good point is it's located in a quiet area. If you want a hotel to relax and breathe some fresh air, this is what you should go for. It's very very cheap and it's guaranteed that you will get a lot more than what you pay.

Nice

The staff are perfectly nice but English is a challenge so you are unlikely to be able to get help with bus bookings/other issues etc.

Rooms are great, unecessarily big huge with the lack of other guests giving it a similar deserted zombie apocolyse feel to rest of Naypidaw.

Breakfast is pretty ropey - no even able to get eggs which for Asia is unheard of!

Thing that saves it is the free Motorbike usage which is essential for getting around Naypidaw!

For 20 USD I got a lot of luxury. The room was very big and so was the bathroom. In the room there was a TV and I also had a Wifi signal in there. The breakfast was also included. Great.
Coming from the north this was the first hotel in Naypyidaw for me.

A lot of luxury for a reasonable price

I arrived here at 5 in the morning... they welcome me very nicely and i could check in immediately...
Rooms are nice, clean and the smallest and cheapest ones are big enough to still have lot of space.
The amenities and facilities you have hare are more than enough, even considering the hotel's prices which is pretty cheap... Toilets are equipped with all the toiletries you need, excellent wi everywhere plus complimentary motorbike to go around.
A part from Thun Thun, the manager (very nice person) the rest of the staff don't speak english so well, but they make huge efforts to give what you need and make your stay at the hotel as comfortable you can. i will be back here...

Great choice...

The hotel complex is very big and everything is clean.  It is one of the cheapest option in Nay Pyi Taw I could find and was great value for the money.  The cheaper rooms were simple but nice and had everything hotel rooms have (TV, towels, etc). 

Service: the service is proper and stuff polite. 

Tip: even though they have a restaurant in one of the hotel buildings (there is 3 buildings), they do BBQ in the evenings outside and the food there was delicious. 

Location: Hotel is located in Hotel Zone 2. Hotel Zone 2 is further from the city area than Hotel Zone 1.  It is far from everything, but again everything is far in Nay Pyi Taw, also Zone 1, and the price is very good for NPT. 

Plus, the usage of motorbikes are complimentary. 

BTW: be prepared to be one of the only clients there though as NYP is the ghost city :).
