I'm writing it as I'm still here in the guesthouse. when I got here I tried to find the cheapest and warmest place to stay and suprisly I found just one!

I was in ngapali beach for a study project and stayed at power guesthouse for 7 weeks. I felt right at home as I arrived. Nyan, the owner of the restaurant, has been so kind with me. He helped me a lot with my project or any other questions I had. And moreover, he's just really nice to hang out with! Also the rest of his family are such nice people!! The rooms are comfortable  and reasonably priced. The breakfast is really good and so is all the other food in the restaurant. The location is really good,, very close to the beach. Definitely go here if you're planning to go to Ngapali!

Feel right at home!

Pleasant stay in this guesthouse, the rooms are correct given the prices practiced in Ngapali, and the family is adorable and caring little.

The Super Family

Cheap, tiny but clean rooms + working wifi. The location is good and the guesthouse has a lovely atmosphere. The free breakfast was the best we ever had in Myanmar and the real coffee (!) just delicious.

Best breakfast ever ;)

We had booked one night and when I entered the room I preferred to turn around again. We had a room with shared bathroom on the ground floor for $30 a night. It smelled of muffled, damp and out of the air, and there was little light in the room because the window light from the house that stood a meter away was hidden. The shared bathroom was also not really clean. I only slept here because I couldn't cancel. The guesthouse itself is very nicely designed, it has a nice flowery restaurant next door with delicious breakfast and very good grilled fish but due to the first-rate ratio it's uncomfortable for the first half of the trip! But I wouldn't doubt that the price for a standard breakfast in the Queen's House is absolutely worth $35 or less for the next night, but I think we'll have a lot of options for the guesthouse and the guesthouse.

The guesthouse that's been around for years, it's not worth the $30!

First of all, I wanted to tell you that this is the first time I've ever used TripAdvisor to complain! (I've been traveling for 4 years) The rooms are tiny, not clean at all and without wifi as indicated. (But there's hot water, it's nice) When I see the reviews saying it's not expensive. I think I'm dreaming! 25 dollars with a little dej incl who'll have a slice of me bread and no more (otherwise it's an extra) short for the same price there's something else in the city that's much more interesting and clean! (For the restaurant I'm not even talking about it, go your way.)

That's outrageous.

Good quality price ratio. Very nice reception and very organized manager. No check-in time (we arrived at 5am and he let us sleep). The rooms are short, little advice, avoid the 1 and 2 which are next to the kitchen (noise from 6am). Very good restaurant and small quality dej. Guesthouse ideally located, 4 minutes walk from the beach. Only bemool: very strong smell of wood fire from 5pm.

Good hostel for backpackers

Top Guest House, although located on the main street, is nevertheless absolutely quiet at night. Very friendly and diligent family business. The eldest son speaks very well English as he visited the Highscool and was then allowed to gather gastronomic experience in a resort. Also the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Price performance OK. Nights at the usual backpacker prices. You can borrow free bicycles. Only 3 minutes to the absolute dream beach.

Good guest house on the most beautiful beach

We spent 7 nights here in December and highly recommend it. The owners are lovely, the location is perfect and the price is very reasonable. They run a restaurant attached to the homestay where they produce stunning meals and excellent cocktails. Nyan and his family welcome you as part of their family and are happy to share their knowledge of both the area and Myanmar as a whole.

Home away from home!

We stayed here in dec 2016 double room ac 40000. I think this is the only "cheap" place in the very overpriced town of ngapali. The host of the guesthouse is a very helpful and friendly guy. He speaks very good English and he can arrange a fishing/snorkeling trip for you, where afterwards they cook your caught  fish for lunch. 

Highly recommended place and probably the only budget place so far in ngapali.
