I was recommended  this hotel by friends who had stayed a few times.a quiet  part of town overlooking the firestation and the sea  .lifts to all floors swimming pool  which was closed as it looks like major redecoration was about  to start in Ramadan   shame I wanted to swim  the rooms nicely decorated clean   balcony looking out to see very large bathroom  air con a mini fridge.    To put your drinks fruit ext.the bed very comfortable.staff polite friendly and helpful .. would  recommend 

The location of the hotel is great. Friendly and helpful front desk , especially Mohamed .I have Emmy stay .

A little out dated could use updates.  For the price everything was fine. Breakfast was fine.

Outside of the medina but nevertheless pretty central. Comfortable and good value but the wifi is useless. Buffet breakfast with reasonable selection, but the neon pink luncheon meat is probably best avoided, it looked positively radioactive!

Great location and fantastic friendly staff. The WiFi was a little dodgy but it was strong enough. Breakfast was okay and filling. Bedroom was spacious. It’s a little dated but comfortable and clean. The location is literally in the centre of this beautiful sea side and arty town. 

The building is impressive, but the common areas and the lobby would put off most at first glance. It certainly does not look like a 4 star property and in fairness, it isn't. Regardless, the rooms here are comfortable, clean, spacious and the staff friendly. For the rates, it's a perfectly good experience.

Not in the heart of Asilah, but close enough to be short walking distance to the medina and everything the town has to offer.  You can also walk from the railway station if that's how you arrive, but it's a very long walk. At least 25-30 minutes, albeit along an easy route. The slight distance from the medina makes it a quiet option and some rooms have views of the ocean and the marina.

The corridors are pretty gross, with nasty, old, dirty carpets, but once you get to the rooms, you'll be surprised. Laminate floors, clean walls, comfortable seating, bright furnishings; it all makes for a cheerful experience. The beds are comfy and there's good aircon/heating. Balconies overlook the ocean and there's outside seating, but the sliding doors aren't a completely tight fit. They need to fix this as not only does it let in cold or hot air (depending on the time of year) but mosquitoes and flies also find their way in easily. You'll need mosquito spray as a result. 

The WIFI is dreadful. That's the biggest problem for the property other than the grotty common areas. It does work, when only when it feels like it. Most of the time, there's no signal at all. It comes and goes. Mainly goes. It does work better in the lobby.

The bathrooms are very large, with a shower/tub. The hot water is a bit hit and miss, but the water pressure is good. One day the hot water was plentiful, the next the shower was stone cold. Soap and shampoo are provided, but there's no hair dryer. The towels are clean and relatively new.

Breakfast is included and there's a LOT of options. Most of it is sweet, but there's also fresh fruit. It's also served to 11:00am, which is very helpful. The restaurant is a bit grubby, but it's OK on the whole.

Definitely not a four star property by any measure. There's no drinking water in the rooms, no kettle, no tea/coffee, no safe, no real amenities. But the rates are 3 star, thus you're really paying for what you're getting. They will try the "your credit card isn't accepted" trick when you check out and they only want cash. Ignore it and insist and they'll miraculously find a way to make the card work. Not an unusual occurrence in this part of the world. Regardless, the staff are friendly and generally helpful.

Lovely Hotel - Home from Home

We stayed here one night on our way to Marrakech, wish we slept in our car.  Hotel was dated, smelt of damn, some places sewerage, fridge in room was unplugged and non existent, even fridge and freezer in hotel we were told didn't work.  Kitchen was next to hotel toilets.  Just did not look and feel clean. But the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. 

Staff are the asset !!

Not worth the price .. room is very small limited hot water very old towels.. what what I'm used to .. great location tho
