If your looking for self catering slightly out of town but still near enough to walk in (e.g only 10 minutes or less) this is the place. They also include breakfast in the price too, very good value. I must admit not the cleanest, however the owner is very helpful and willing to help to make amends. There's a quiet coffee shop below, perhaps the best coffee in Morocco. Also there is a local shop round the back opposite the apartments, handy if you want anything to cook and don't want to go far. It is easy to hail down a taxi 5 minutes down to the road if you don't want to walk. All in all very good value, and a pleasant place to stay, it is out of the hustle and bustle, yet so close if required.
