Spent a week at this hotel, amazing staff always happy to help. They would personally take us into Fes on a few occasions thanks to Gotra what a lovely woman. Mohammed was very helpful. Yusuf even drove us to the airport himself. 
The hotel is on a hill to get into Fes it's a 30min drive. We would visit tge Spa at Vichy which is 10mins walk about 150 steps to walk down. You can get a taxi.
The breakfast and dinner is always the same insha allah soon they will upgrade the menu. The hotel is out dated just needs a good renovation. Amazing place over all will be back again.

Lovely Hotel

Terrible hotel, don’t even think to go there .We spent whole night without electricity using candles .No receiptionist st night and no one to communicate with .We have to call the police to get involved and resolve this the power cut as it was too dark and impossible to stay in your roof for health and safety reason .

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, this is not a 4 star at all, the hotel has dirty rooms and to top this off we spent the whole night with no lights as they all went out and no one to help to get this back on.

WORST HOTEL EVER

The staff were super friendly and were at hand 24/7 whenever we needed any assistance. The hotel is clean and the room and bathroom were well kept. Good for a short stay while enjoying the moulay yacoub thermal pools.

If you're looking for the rits carlton than you'll be disappointed, but the hotel and staff are exceptional. The physical makeup needs some TLC but the rooms, beds, and towels were fresh, and they serve cold beer to you pool side in an absolutely beautiful location.

Hotel Moulay Yacoub was the third stop from our organized trip in Morroco. 
The hotel is located in a very isolated place. Nothing around!
We recevied room on the first floor. Room is not so big and it seems that no one stayed there for a long time. Everything inside is from the time when the hotel was opened. Need emergency renovation. Bathroom was not so good.
Very slow and uneffective wi-fi which is available only in the lobby- big dissapointment!
Along with the accomodation we had a dinner and breakfast! Dinner was served. Only one option there - small salad, chicked with potatoes and chopped mixed fruits. No one thought that there might be people who doesn't eat meat and have allergy to strawberries for example.... Poor breakfast.
Not even for 2 stars. Avoid!

Very old!

This hotel is in need of a makeover badly it can be a nice place as is now it's very poor no WiFi no hot water but staff are friendly

It's very disappointing to have only one hotel in this area.
The hotel is rated 4 stars I give only 2.
Every one working there are very friendly and attentive but the hotel is very old and full with different kinds of insects  but since it's the only one available u have to use it.

One note it's clean (beds, sheets and toilets)

AC is not working, front desk and hotel manager ignored our request to fix AC, and they care about our compline

My husband and I spent a night the night at this hotel, while we went through the cure at the Moulay Yacoub Hot Springs. We have been there at least on three earlier occasions and regret to report that there appear to have been no renovations or improvements since our last visit.  The room was comfortable, clean and well-priced at 485 dirhams with breakfast. The A/C and TV worked but the bathwater was tepid and the faucet sprayed water everywhere but in the tub.  The door handle to the dining room fell off in my hand and subsequently in the hands of three staff members.  All three just pushed the handle back into the slot.  No one tried to repair it. The next morning, it again fell off into my hand.  The food was overpriced and unappetizing and something in the breakfast gave both of us Raisuli's revenge. (We usually have iron-clad stomachs).  The hotel advertized wifi but we were unable to connect on two cell phones and two tablets. This is the only hotel near the Hot Springs and it is not up to the standards of the Hot Springs.
