Riad la kahuna is in the Medina so is not accessible by car. We arrived late at night and the taxi driver walked us to the Riad- about 5 mins. The backstreets felt initially a bit scary but the area is perfectly safe. Mopeds / motorbikes drive around the narrow lanes but this is the normal mode of transport and is non threatening- you just need to move out of the way!!! The Riad was a sanctuary away from the hustle of the medina. Very welcoming, very authentic and very clean. Great rooftop terrace. Spacious rooms. Lovely ensuite with powerful shower. Good breakfast. The Riad is 10 mins walk from the big square and there are lots of restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay.
