First please know that this is our first review in a few years. Partially laziness and partially because places were good but not excellent. However this stay was by far our best experience ever. Our only regret was not staying longer. The kindness and hospitality was incredible. We arranged transportation to and from the airport which was exactly as described. We were able to drop our luggage and freshen up early as our flight from Spain was an early flight. And then came the hospitality. We were offered tea and breakfast followed by a quick debriefing of where to go and what to see along with contact info for the hotel if we needed anything. Our two rooms were beautiful as were the rest of the hotel including the pool area and rooftop terrace. To be honest we were unsure about Marrakesh but now we will be returning home and planning a second trip to stay longer at this beautiful hotel. We cannot wait to see you all again! Very special thanks to Mustafa Younes and Ismail who made our mornings so special
