Thank you From the moment you step foot into the tranquil, exotic atmosphere of Riad Assouel you are transported into a warm, friendly and carefully curated experience of Marrakech hospitality. Younes and all the team are exceptionally welcoming and helpful and the food is out of this world. The Riad is beautifully designed, kept spotless and in the perfect location for access to everything the Medina has to offer. Our room and all areas of the Riad have everything necessary for the perfect stay including air conditioning, spacious bathroom and shower, swimming pool, and roof top sun terrace with jacuzzi. The staff are available 24/7 and nothing is too much trouble, from arranging transfers and trips to offering invaluable local knowledge. The warmth of their welcome made our stay one of the most perfect holidays ever and we will definitely be returning. In addition, we arrived home to notice we had not packed a treasured necklace, but a few messages and Younes found the jewellery and helped return it to us by courier. This has totally restored my faith in humanity as in any hotel anywhere in the world, it is a pleasant surprise to have mislaid valuables returned safely. This demonstrates how truly amazing and caring Riad Assouel and the staff genuinely are. As they repeatedly told us during our stay “this is your home”. You couldn’t ask for more. If you want a true and enchanting experience of Marrakech Riad Assouel is the place to stay.
