Very nice room with coffee and tea maker and few extra amenities like a bathrobe. Excellent service with a friendly and attentive host. Great breakfast with home made jams, we can see the spotless kitchen from our tables.. The Riad is tastefully decorated.A great find. We recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at this Riad. My daughter medina says - Mohammad was amazing. He even shared his iftar meal with us. Aaron says - I really like this hotel. Raiyah says - the breakfast was yummy and it had really comfy beds.  We would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived to Marrakech and our original reservation at another place didn’t work out due to circumstances beyond our control. The owner of this riad took pity on us and gave us a place to stay. They realized that we were genuine in the shock and even though they didn’t have a room available for us for the duration of our stay, they made a place for us for the duration of our stay at 3 different riads. The owners of the riad are a lovely couple. They are so welcoming and friendly and the whole place is great. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was very nice.Thanks again for saving our trip and making us feel welcome in Marrakech!

Incredible location only a few minutes walk from the souks. Staff are very friendly although don't speak much English. Very good value when booked through air bnb. The breakfast is included and is really tasty.

Our room was comfortable with our own temperature control, although heat didn’t seem to be working.  Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water.  The roof top terrace was a nice little oasis in the afternoon to get away from the hustle and bustle! The pool was tiny—child size and not heated.  Breakfast was good—fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious !  As was the Moroccan tea upon arrival.  Disappointing to have cheese and snacks in the refrigerator but locked out of the kitchen... Central location!  Definitely hire the pick up from Airport for €20 or you may not find it!  Also hostess offered great tours!

I couldn’t stay there even one night as the place was very dirty, the room door isn’t closing appropriately and the outsiders can see inside.

The man there was rude didn’t offer to help us to make it better and asked us to get back to booking.com to cancel but he didn’t first to avoid any money refund.

We have booked using booking and he canceled with reason of no show although we already went there and stayed 15 mins to take pictures of such dirty place but we couldn’t stay and booked another hotel. 

He got the whole reservation amount in advance.

Don’t go there, the worst place to stay.

Worst Experience ever, w had a reservation from 13 to 17 Dec 2023.
When we arrived, the riad was in a very narrow street far from the main street. We 2 girls had to carry our luggages to the riad. It was not clean and dirty, the bed sheets and towels were dirty. The owner was very rude, he didn't apologize or offer to give clean stuff and told us go cancel with booking. com. When we contacted booking, they told us that he reported us no show and telling lies that he waited for us till midnight, the liar. And refused to refund us our money.
Don't you ever go there and read all reviews in details.
The owner is a liar and thief.
