We were only spontaneously in Riyadh Al Wafaa for one night, the room was quickly furnished and the rooms were clean and well furnished. Breakfast was fine with tea, orange juice, luggage and jam, butter, candy cheese & honey - everything you needed. The service was nice and helped us!

Simple and good

We stayed from 16 to 20 February. The riad is in a well connected area, full of premises, 400 meters from Jemaa el-Fna and very close to Medina. You cross the road and enter Mellah, the Jewish quarter. Very clean, on a side road that makes it very quiet, despite the traffic of Marrakech sovereign kingdoms a few meters away. Palais Bahia and the Saadiane Tombs a few meters away. The ns room was on the top floor (Viola camera), very large and ideal for 3 people, large bathroom and living space, a few meters from the many cyclones of Badi Palais. Good breakfast, excellent wifi, info from the very high and friendly Hassan and Zakaria.

A clean, well-decorated room, welcoming and personal listening to the service, a nice, varied breakfast, a good kitchen for dinner to book, a cool place when the weather is rainy...

A well-placed riad

A dirty and bitter experience..The best advice is to run away from this riad and those run by the same team if you don't want to spoil your vacation. The owners send you a message a few weeks before you arrive, asking you to pay an extra (+1700€!!!, or in total more than double the initial price of the booking platform) if you want it to remain active. They claim that the price sold by this platform was wrong and that it is not enough for him..and that he can't pay his employees..!! You have to know that the booking has been validated more than 4 months before..and I have paid almost half of it (€1000).... They ask you to change the price, they ask you to accept the price. When you refuse your booking, the booking is wrong and they inform you automatically that you are looking for a full accommodation or an accommodation platform.

A bitter experience

The worst experience of my life.The owners canceled my booking a few days before my arrival because I did not agree to pay a surcharge of +100% of the initial price requested by the booking platform.A nightmare that no one would wish for.A tip: avoid this dish.The platform can't do anything for you...you'll have to find a solution on your own.A dream that turns into a nightmare.

Worse experience.

Riad near the center and in a quiet area. Extremely friendly accommodation and total availability for every need. Spacious room on the terrace, clean and comfortable. A little scarce breakfast but okay. Recommended for the price ratio.

Economic and family-friendly Riad

A very nice riad in a quiet area but two steps from Jamaa el Fna Square. It is located outside the confusion of the souk but, on foot, in a very few minutes you reach the square and the other attractions. The staff is kind, Fatima will make you feel right at home and give you great advice to visit the city Our room, a triple, was on the second floor, very spacious and clean, with air conditioning, indispensable in July. The bathroom is spacious, with shower and with hair dryer. The room is on a terrace with rooftops in Marrakesh. The breakfast is varied, plentiful and excellent. It is the wifi connection available both in the common areas and in the room.

Very nice Riad in a strategic position.

We were 10 friends in EVJF and we privatized the Riad de Franck for the occasion. What can I say? Thank you! Thank you to Franck who helped us organize the activities well, thank you to Fatima our guardian angel on site who did everything possible to help us, arrange us! Thank you to the cooks who made us wonderful meals (tajine, royal couscous and breakfast). The Riad may not have a swimming pool but it is beautiful, on several floors with terrace and rooftop above the rooftops of Marrakech! Located 5 minutes from JAMAA EL FNA Square. If we were to arrange we all had a great stay at the Riad Al Wafaa and Marrakech and back and forth. Thank you again to Fatima and Camille & Availle for everything!

A little girl in Marrakech

Fatima welcomed us with a big smile and the four nights we stayed was always very attentive and kind. They responded quite well to requests for a change of breakfast time and tried not to miss anything. Our room was in the terrace area and it was a delight to sleep there. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

What a great location!

We had 5 friends sleeping for 2 nights.It is in a very central area.The staff is always waiting for us and the breakfast is abundant and rich.I would definitely recommend this accommodation in Marrakech, give you advice and recommendations if you need it.
