Riad Rcif

Beautiful Riad with wonderful service. Great food and view of the city. Restored with traditional craftsmen ship and tile. Also beautiful stained glass and nice pool to stick your feet in in the entrance. We would recommend staying here!!

Beautiful and comfortable!

I’ve never been more excited to write a review. The customer service at Riad Rcif – more specifically Suliman – is stellar. Upon booking, Suliman reached out immediately to ask if there was anything else I needed to prepare for the trip. He shared the most helpful information regarding transport, shopping, weather, safety… you name it. I continued to message him directly with various questions for many days after, and he was never bothered but was instead super helpful. 
Unfortunately for me, I had to cancel my Morocco trip last minute and therefore had to cancel my stay at Riad Rcif. As expected, Suliman made cancelation very easy with full refund. I even offered to pay half the price to cover for any inconvenience I may have caused with last minute cancelation, but there was no chance he was going to accept that. 
I can’t wait to reschedule my trip and visit Riad Rcif and meet their staff. Such amazing, helpful, honest people. I can’t wait to visit them soon!

Stellar customer service 

Liked  · An excellent riad in the old town of Fez .The hotel is hidden in one of the narrow alleys of the old town. A stranger would not even imagine a gem hiding behind the hotel's heavy and stylish door. The riad is a former home of a wealthy Moroccan family . The hotel is luxurious, amazingly decorated and a pleasure to stay at. Good taste is the style that dominates it. The rooms are large and amazing, the beds are comfortable and luxurious. The service we received from Melech was excellent plus. The breakfast was excellent and special. The riad  has a roof from which you can watch all the ancient Fez listen to the muezzin. pleasure! We will definitely be back again!

Excellent stay with best service

The hotel and the room are beyond gorgeous. The best and friendliest staff Noor and Taha are the absolute best. Taha brought us to dinner then brought us back to the hotel as well as showing us where to drink tea and coffee. And Noor welcomed us in assisted us with literally everything possible as well as making us feel like family.. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. :)

Amazing experience. The owner has a lot of knowledge and good recommendations. Restaurant available and rooftop. Great view and antiques. A lot of history in just one place, and it feels like traveling back in time.

· This hotel is phenomenal. If you're thinking about booking it, do it. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay the best it could be. The spa services and restaurant were both amazing. The rooms are even better in person. It's right in the heart of the Medina which was an awesome experience. We had such an amazing stay here, I'd go back to Fes just to stay at this hotel again

· A magical reprieve from the busy Medina. the courtyard and decor is very impressive and the pool is lovely. They have a porter to meet you and help with luggage and making it to and from the riad (as cars are not allowed). All the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the owner was  present and engage with the guests making it feel extra special. the manager our first night went above and beyond to welcome us and help us find a place to eat (since we’d arrived late) and arranged for the porter to help take us to and from. As a local, he also helped us get our bearings and pointed out places to see in the Medina on the map. the breakfast on the terrace was really nice and filling.

Exceptionnel

We had an incredible stay at Riad Rcif. Finding the Riad is a bit overwhelming at first as the Medina is chaotic and tight. Keep your head up and you’ll eventually see signs for Riad Rcif and Alif, which are sister properties. Follow these signs! Don’t let people try to guide you as they will ask for money. The signs are very clearly laid out, thank you to the hotel team! The sign “Place Rcif” take you back out of the Medina. Once you find the Riad….it’s even better than the photos, which is rare! The site is gorgeous, but the best part are the staff working there - they are so warm, helpful and kind. Hassan helped us with finding the parking lot, Ayman was always available for restaurant recommendations and the whole team (including their younger friend whose name we missed) were always smiling and making our days better, especially at breakfast! Props to the team. It’s important to manage your expectations when booking any Riad in the Medina - it’s loud, old and confusing. If you’re okay with this, you’ll have an incredible time exploring! A word of caution about the tour guide the hotel recommends - it is a commercial tour. This was interesting, as we saw leather, copper, weaving, ceramic districts etc, but may not be for everyone. The tour is 250MAD for 4 people for 3 hours, but he also gets you to pay 160MAD in advance to cover your “entrance fees”. Parking is ~10min walk, 30MAD/day. Lovely attendants and we felt totally safe leaving our car there.

Unique stay in the heart of the Medina!

We stayed at this riad for 02 nights and we had the best Experience possible. As we booked, the staff was really gentle and tried to help us. When we arrive, we were picked up at the train station and it was not hard at all to go inside the medina. There are a lot of signposts indicating where to go. We went out at night and it was also really fine. 
All the pictures from the riad is very legitimate and true. Everything just like a palace. The rooms are very also very comfortable. 
The breakfast is fantastic, and the view from the terrace, where they served it, just made even better. 
All the staffs was trying to make us feel at home. 
Don’t miss the opportunity to do the SPA - it was a great and unique opportunity. 
If I go back to Fez someday, I’ll be at this Riad again.
